The Lego blocks symbolize the egoistic mindset. The artist attempted to express her isolated and closed-mind. Venturing on how sense of security but in duality dreadful passivity. Also, trying to overcome it.

Thank you, Dad (2021)
In the usage of the hourglass, it creates a binary relationship. At a glance, it portrays Fatherhood's sake in supporting me. On the other hand, blocking the sand can prevent my maturity, leading to a lack of independence. As time flows, one side shows a rigid boulder appearing indestructible, symbolizing unconditional love and support. On the flip side, the other side is a smaller boulder. It represents the moment when I should demonstrate my strength without my father's support, repaying all the love he gave me. The small boulder outside the hourglass represents myself projecting the Anima—seeing the whole phenomenon as a third person. Thus, by integrating my desires into conscious life, moving away from fulfilling my father's desires while still appreciating them, I project more of my subjective values.

Past: Shadows (2021)
The past is where all our thoughts transform into memories under consciousness. Memories that once bloomed beautifully begin to turn into wrinkled brown regrets and wither into trauma. While sunflowers longed for me to embrace shadows as the sun, I found myself as the sun without sunlight, trapped in a vicious cycle of extracting unhealthy thoughts from traumatic memories.
